In 2002, half of the MCG was demolished to make way for the supurb Northern Stand. A massive project spanning three years. Incorporated into this project was the installation of 78 kitchens, ranging from take away outlets to full commercial catering kitchens. All in all, the largest commercial kitchen project ever completed in the southern hemisphere. Markforce Australia are extremely proud to have successfully completed this project on time and on budget.

Ikea are renowned for their massive store layouts. Part of the experience when shopping at Ikea is being able to sit down and relax whilst having a coffee or meal in store, at their restaurant. Markforce have a long standing relationship with Ikea and have worked with them to build each of the restaurants for their Victorian, New South Wales and Queensland stores. Each store comprises one large commercial kitchen, several satellite kitchens, coolrooms, refrigeration as well as the public cafeteria style layout. All manufactured and installed from Markforce's Bayswater facility.

Markforce completed the initial casino, first established in the World Trade Centre, and then went on the complete several areas of the new casino at Southbank. Restaurants completed include; Silks, Automatic, Cervo, Jokers and Latin plus 10 bars and the main hall kitchen.

Torquay, the surfing mecca, is now the home of the Torquay Resort. Working with Hickory Developments, Markforce manufactured and installed world class kitchen and bar facilities helping to ensure that the meals match the 5 star facilities of the resort.

Markforce have completed several projects interstate. One of our most colourful is the Kuraby Tavern, a vibrant, modern hotel serving fantastic food with a touch of asian.

Markforce have completed 5 brand new 24 hour DC's for Coles Myer. The DC's offer a 24 hour cafeteria for staff plus several satelite food and beverage kitchens. Our quality and service ensured that Markforce won each project with 3 different builders around Australia.
